3. Services & Payments
HelpMate acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. While we vet providers, we are not responsible for the actual performance of services. Payments are handled securely and held until job completion.
4. User Conduct
Users must not harass other members, post misleading job descriptions, or perform illegal activities on the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
HelpMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
